If you’ve made plans to visit us on the 15th, here’s a few things to keep in mind beforehand
Keeping you safe at the launch: COVID-19 update
Smith and Partner have been working exceptionally hard behind the scenes to ensure all safety measures are set in place ahead of our launch on the 15th to keep both you and our staff free from any risk.
We want to make this a safe and enjoyable experience for all, so if you have made plans to come, here’s a few things to keep in mind beforehand…
Social Distancing
Our gallery capacity allows up to 50 people inside at any one time. In order to maintain social distancing, we politely ask everyone to remember to keep a safe 2 meter distance at all times whilst adhering to our one way system we will have in place.
To avoid any unnecessary waiting outside, we advise you to pre-book a time slot ahead of your visit if you haven’t already. You can contact us via email or call 02038271388.
Masks
Face coverings will be mandatory for everyone except those with health and breathing issues which prevent them from wearing one. Children under the age of 11 are exempt from this rule, in line with government guidelines, however please ensure they are supervised at all times.
If you do find yourself without a face covering, please speak to our staff who will be happy to issue you with a disposable mask before you enter the premises.
Precautions Inside & Out
Upon arrival, temperatures will be checked and we will be using a track and trace method in the event that we are informed of any cases so we can let you know accordingly.
Inside, we have 6 stations you can freely use to disinfect your hands when needed. Our staff will also be cleaning down areas every 15 mins, but we ask to please limit the touch and use of surfaces as much as possible to make sure we’re keeping each area clean.
Refreshments
Consumption of food and beverages are allowed, however due to government guidelines on public catering, Smith and Partner are now only allowed to serve drinks only.
