Canada Geese

The Canada Goose, famous for its distinctive 'honk', is a superb sight of the migratory sky. Native to North America, the geese have also been introduced to New Zealand and Europe. A curious fact about these marvellous creatures is that the females often return to the very spot of their birth in order to reproduce, thus creating many local races and variations.
