The Maidens VII
|Title||The Maidens VII|
|Paper Size (W x H)||16 x 20 ins|
Lorello excels in painting the female form and always tries to find new ways to interpret the human figure. In this particular series, The Maidens, she has painted semi-abstracted dreamlike figures and birds. For Lorello, the birds symbolise freedom yet she binds them within the lines and patterns of the composition. The figures move in opposite directions creating dynamism and movement. The colours are subtle, binding everything together.
The print is hand numbered and accompanied by a certificate signed by the Master Printer and bearing a matching number to the print.
